Our mission is to create positive and meaningful change for parents working in technology. We will lead by example for all private and public sectors by helping to develop and share best practices.
The areas we are most passionate about include; advocating for equal paid parental leave, childcare assistance, manager training, cultural inclusion, assistance for new mothers and establishing Parenting Employee Resource Groups.
As these and future issues continue to impact parents in the workplace, we aim to work with leaders and leading companies to help guide their approach to building supportive and inclusive cultures.
